【摘要】 目的 :制备消炎利胆散 ,研究其治疗胆囊炎、胆石症的作用机理及安全性。方法 :(1)动物实验直接并引流测定胆汁分泌、排泄量。作急性、亚急性毒性试验及LD50 测定。 (2 )化学分析测定胆红素、胆固醇分泌、排泄量。结果 :(1)消炎利胆散组较利胆醇和纯化水组胆汁分泌、排泄量显著增加 (P值分别 <0 .0 5和 0 .0 1)。 (2 )消炎利胆散组与利胆醇组较纯化水组胆汁中的胆红素含量差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,各组胆汁中胆固醇含量无差异。 (3)消炎利胆散LD50 >82 .8g·kg-1。结论 :(1)消炎利胆散利胆作用强。胆汁及其胆红素 ,胆固醇排出量增加与治疗胆囊炎、胆石症密切相关。 (2 )安全性好更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To prepare AICP (anti inflammation and cholagogic powder),a TCM and study itscholagogic action and safety.METHODS The experiment of the influence of AICP on quantity and quality of bile and bilirubin and its safety was conducted using animal test and chemical analysis.RESULTS Secretion and excretion amount of bile and bilirubin in AICP group increased more remarkably than in livonal group and distilled water group.AICP LD 50 > 82.8 g ·kg -1 .CONCLUSION The mechanism of the pharmacological actions of AICP for treating cholecystitis and cholelithiasis is cholagogic action.This medicine is highly effective and safe.更多还原
