【摘要】 目的 :建立测定磺胺嘧啶银凝胶中磺胺嘧啶银及其有关物质的方法。方法 :采用Nova PakC18色谱柱 (5 .0mm×30 0mm ,4 μm) ;柱温 :30℃ ;以 0 .1%磷酸溶液 乙腈 (92∶8)为流动相 ,流速 1.0mL·min-1;检测波长 2 6 5nm。结果 :SD Ag与多种降解产物分离良好。标准曲线的线性范围为 10～ 10 0 0mg·L-1,r =0 .9995 ;重复性试验RSD为 0 .93% (n =6 ) ;平均回收率为 10 0 .3% (n =5 ) ,RSD为 1.1%。结论 :该方法简单、快速、准确地测定磺胺嘧啶银的含量及有关物质 ,满足磺胺嘧啶银凝胶稳定性要求更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of silver sulfadiazine(SD-Ag) an d its related substances.METHODS The column:Nova-pak C 18 ( 5.0 mm× 300 mm, 4 μm);The mobile p hase: 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile (92∶8);The flow r ate: 1.0 mL·min -1;The detective wavelength: 265 nm.RESULTS Decompose substances could be separated from SD-Ag.The method showed good line arity(10～ 1 000 mg·L -1,r= 0.9995) and repeatabitity(RSD= 0 .93%,n=6).The average recoveries of SD-Ag was 99.4% with RSD= 0.78% (n=5).CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate for simultaneous determination of SD-Ag and its related substances ,and can be used for the stability study of SD-Ag gel.更多还原
