【摘要】 目的 :观察复方华蟾胶囊 (CHC)对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用免疫抑制药造成小鼠免疫低下 ,然后 ,进行免疫器官重量、血清溶血素形成、绵羊红细胞诱导的迟发型超敏反应 ,腹腔巨噬细胞 (MΦ)内溶菌酶活性及MΦ 吞噬鸡红细胞试验。结果 :小鼠灌胃CHC 4 ,1.33g·kg-1,7d ,可对抗环磷酰胺 (CTX) 4 0mg·kg-1,3d ,引起的胸腺、脾脏指数下降。CHC (4 ,1.33,0 .4 4g·kg-1,7d)非常显著地恢复CTX(15mg·kg-1,3d)引起的血清溶血素降低 ,非常显著地增加CTX(4 0mg·kg-1,4d)和硫唑嘌呤 (5 5mg·kg-1,4d)引起的迟发型超敏反应低下 ,可增至正常水平。CHC(1.33g·kg-1,7d)可提高CTX(2 5mg·kg-1,6d)所致免疫低下小鼠腹腔MΦ 内溶菌酶活力 ,吞噬率及吞噬指数。结论 :复方华蟾胶囊对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能具有明显的增强作用更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of capsula huachan composita(CHC) on immunomodulation in the mice of hypoimmunity.METHODS The present study was conducted using the mice inhibited by immunosuppressor,by measuring the weight of immune organs,the production of serum hemolysin,the dela yed hypersensitivity induced by sheep red blood cell,the activity of lysozyme an d phagocytose cock blood cell in macrophage of abdominal cavity.RESULTS The finding showed that CHC on doses of 4, 1.33 g·kg -1× 7 d,ig co uld antagonize the decreasing of the weights of thymus and spleen resulted from CTX 40 mg·kg -1× 3 d, the drug on 4, 1.33 g·kg -1× 7 d could significantly recuperate the level of hemolysin inhibited by CTX 15 mg/kg× 3 d ip and the delayed hypersensitivity restrained by CTX 40 mg· kg -1,ip and Azathioprine 55 mg·kg -1× 4 d,ig.CHC on dose of 1.33 g·kg -1× 7 d could increase phagocytosis of macrophage on the condition of hypoimmunity by caused CTX 25 mg/kg× 6 d.CONCLUSION These results suggest that CHC has an obvious effect of immunity enhancement in the mice of hypoimmunity.更多还原
