【摘要】 目的 :建立复方氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用一阶导数分光光度法 ,样品不经分离处理直接测定复方氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素的含量 ,检测波长为 2 98nm。同时与外指示剂法比较。结果 :线性范围为 5～ 4 0mg·L-1,r =0 .9998,平均回收率为 10 0 .1% ,RSD为 1.96 %。结论 :本法可消除其他组分的干扰 ,优于外指示剂法 ,简便易行 ,适合医院制剂的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine the content of chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol lotion compound. METHODS The frist order derivative spectrophotometry was used t o determine the chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol lotion compound without separ ation.The detecting wavelength was at 298 nm and compare with the method of dead -stop titration. RESULTS The method was linear within range of 5～40 mg·L -1 ,r= 0.9998,The acerage recovery was 100.10%,with RSD 1.96% by standards ratio method. CONCLUSION The interference of the other components can be excl uded by this method;which is simple,rapid and better than dead-stop titration m ethod.It is suitable for the quality control of hospital preparation更多还原
