【摘要】 目的 :研究小剂量甲氨蝶呤 (MTX)用于治疗银屑病时的药动学特点并计算其参数。方法 :9例银屑病患者单次静脉滴注MTX 1 2 .5mg ,静脉滴注时间为 6 0～ 90min。于给药后 0 ,0 .2 ,0 .5 ,1 ,1 .5 ,2 .5 ,4 ,6 ,8,1 0 ,1 2 ,2 4h抽取静脉血 ,采用荧光偏振免疫分析法测定MTX浓度 ,用 3P87软件计算其药动学参数。结果 :小剂量单次静脉滴注MTX符合开放性二室动力学模型。结论 :本结果可以为临床用药提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacokinetics of small dose of MTX in patients with posriasis and calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters. METHODS After a single intravenous dose ( 12.5 mg) was given to nine patients with psoriasis,the serum samples were withdrawn from 0 to 24 h and the blood drug concentration was assayed by TDx.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with 3P87 program software. RESULTS The pharmacokinetics of small dose of MTX in patients with posriasis conformed to two-compartment open model. CONCLUSION The results can be a reference in clinical application.更多还原
