十字花科植物种子中莱菔硫烷含量的比较
Comparison of sulforaphane content in seeds of Cruciferous plant
【摘要】 目的研究十字花科植物种子中莱菔硫烷的含量和测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法对不同种属、不同产地的十字花科植物种子提取物中莱菔硫烷的含量进行了系统的分析。结果十字花科植物种子中莱菔硫烷的含量存在显著差异,且青花菜种子中莱菔硫烷的含量最高,可达4.748mg·g-1。结论青花菜种子是制备莱菔硫烷的优良原材料。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To compare the sulforaphane contents in seeds of Cruciferous plant. METHODS Sulforaphane content in various genuses and producing area was assayed by RP-HPLC. RESULTS The contents of sulforaphane in seeds of Cruciferous plant were variable,the content of sulforaphane of broccoli seed was highest and showed to be 4.748 mg·g~-1 . CONCLUSION Broccoli seed was the optimum material for preparing sulforaphane.
