【摘要】 目的　建立清眩丸的质量标准。方法　采用TLC对处方中白芷、川芎进行定性鉴别;用HPLC测定欧前胡素的含量。结果　在TLC中均能检出白芷、川芎;欧前胡素在0.018 2~0.091 0μg·mL-1内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.52％,RSD=2.37％(n=5)。结论 所建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为控制该药品的质量标准,本品每丸含白芷以欧前胡素计,不得少于0.3 mg。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard of Qingxuan pills.METHODS Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong were determined by TLC. The content of imperatorin was detennined by HPLC. RESULTS Radix Angelicas Dahuricae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong were checked out by TLC.The linear range of imperatorin was 0.018 2-0.091 0μg·mL-1 with a good correlation coeffe-cient(r = 0.999 9).The recovery was 99.52%,and RSD was 2.37 %( n = 5). CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and credi-bile. The method was acceptable as the quality control standard of Qingxuan pills.更多还原
