【摘要】 目的 建立锁阳药材的定性鉴别方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法对锁阳5种成分(+)-儿茶素、熊果酸、乙酰熊果酸、柑桔素、柑桔素-4’-O-吡喃葡萄糖苷进行定性鉴别;采用ELSD-HPLC方法对其醇溶物进行指纹图谱探索。结果 样品的TLC图谱斑点清晰,重复性好;样品指纹图谱相对保留时间的RSD小于0.5％。结论 本方法专属性强,为锁阳质量控制提供了可靠的定性鉴别方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the identification of Herba Cynomoni. METHODS Five main components were identified by TLC and fingerprint of the alcoholic extract was investigated by ELSD-HPLC.RESULTS TLC chromatograms of ten samples showed clear spots with good reproducibility.The RSD of relative retention time of common peaks in the fingerprints of six samples were less than 0.5%. CONCLUSION The method can be used scientifically to evaluate the identity of Herba Cynomoni for quality control.更多还原
