刺异叶花椒不同部位挥发油的GC-MS分析比较

【摘要】 目的 分析比较刺异叶花椒根、叶、果皮、种子4个部位挥发油的化学成分。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果 经毛细管色谱从根中分离出22个峰,从叶中分离出15个峰,从果皮中分离出7个峰,从种子中分离出5个峰,并且确认了所含的全部化合物。结论 报道了刺异叶花椒根、叶、果皮、种子4个部位挥发油的化学成分,为其综合开发利用提供了一定的依据。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyse and compare the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the roots, leaves, pericarps and seeds of Zanthoxylum ovalifolium var. spinifolium (Rehd.et Wils.) Huang. METHODS The volatile oil was extracted by steam-stilling, analyzed by capillary GC-MS and elucidated based on the standard mass spectral data. The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization method. RESULTS 22, 15, 7 and 5 peaks were isolated from the roots, leaves, pericarps and seeds, respectively. All of them were identified. CONCLUSION The chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Zanthoxylum ovalifolium var. spinifolium (Rehd.et Wils.) Huang were reported for the first time. The results here provided scientific proof lor the further development of the medicinal material.
