氢化物发生-原子吸收法测定补益类药材中痕量铅、砷、汞
Hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry for determination of trace lead, arsenic and mercury in ben-eficial traditional Chinese medicines
【摘要】 目的 建立了5种补益类中药材中痕量有害元素铅、砷、汞的含量测定方法。方法 流动注射氢化物发生-原子吸收分光光度法测定铅、砷、汞的含量。结果 测定铅、砷、汞线性范围为0.00-20.00μg·kg-1,仪器精密度RSD<0.51%,加标回收率91.0%-108.0%。结论 本法操作简便、快速,且灵敏度、自动化程度高,适用于中药材中痕量铅、砷、汞的含量测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of trace lead, arsenic and mercury in five kinds of beneficial traditional Chinese medicines. METHODS The contents of the three trace elements were determined by flow injection hydride generation -atomic absorption spectrometry. RESULTS The linenar ranges were 0.00- 20.00 ;μg·kg-1 . The relative standard deviations were less than 0-51% and the recoveries were 91% - 108% . CONCLUSION This method is simple, rapid and has been applied to the determination of trace lead, arsenic and mercury with satisfactory results.
