【摘要】 目的 建立rhSCF生物活性测定方法。方法 分别采用MTT比色法与琼脂集落培养法进行rhSCF生物活性测定。结果 两种方法对同批次rhSCF成品测定结果无显著性差异。结论由于MTT比色法操作简便、稳定性好,可以替代琼脂集落培养法,使rhSCF测定更加准确、可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the determination method of rhSCF bioactivity. METHODS The bioassay of rhSCF was studied by MTT method and colony forming method. RESULTS The determination result of the two methods showed no difference. CONCLUSION MTT method showed good stability, reproducibility and feasibility.
