菌株JMB142发酵条件的初步研究

【摘要】 菌株JMB142分别在NB、KB培养液中培养,发现其在KB培养液中生长较好。通过五个影响因子的正交试验分析了JMB142在KB培养液中的生长情况,并建立二次多项式回归模型。结果表明,JMB142在各个因素组合为温度33.2℃,起始pH值8.66,转速100r/min,培养时间40h,每250mL三角瓶通气量16.8mL时,孢子浓度最高达9.3×108CFU/mL;而且JMB142的最适培养温度、pH、转速、通气量、培养时间分别为32.6℃、7.8、148r/min、250mL三角瓶培养液40mL、61h。

【Abstract】 The tested isolate JMBb142 was incubated on KB and NB culture medium respectively. It was observed that JMB142 grew faster on KB culture medium than on NB. Orthogonal test for 5 several main factors affecting bacterial fermentation and growth on KB were arranged, and quadratic polynomial regression model was established. The results showed that in incubate conditions of temperature 33.2℃, pH 8.66, speed of agitation 100r/min, ventilated volume of 16.8mL/250mL-flask, time 40h, the spores concentration could reach as high as 9.3×108 CFU/mL. The optimum incubated temperature, pH, speed of agitation, ventilated volume and incubated time were 32.6℃, 7.8, 148r/min, 40mL/250mL-flask, 61h respectively?
