【摘要】 阐述了电子病案法律价值的影响因素;提出体现EMR法律价值必须解决的问题,即1、解决系统的规范化管理设计问题;2、对EMR的时限管理设计;3、保留修改痕迹的设计;警示功能设计;电子签名设计。同时制定质量及安全管理制度,以较好地解决EMR法律效力和价值的问题。还探讨了未来建立基于数字证书认证中心的数字签名问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article exposes the influential factors of electronic medical record to legal value; it outlines the issues must be solved inorder to embody the legal value of electronic medical record, namely, 1. solution to the issues relating to design of standardized management;2. design of management to the time limitation of electronic medical record; 3. design of keeping correcting trace; design of warning function;design of electronic signature. Meanwhile, the quality and security system should be worked out to have a better solution to the legal effect/valueof electronic medical record.
