【摘要】 介绍了浙江省温州医学院附属第一医院和温州市第八医院构建联合体的过程,阐明在卫生改革不断深入的形势下,医院联合体的组建既符合卫生改革的总体精神,也提高了医疗卫生资源的利用率,是我国卫生改革的一种走向,也是拆“围墙”打破各种隶属、所有制,优化卫生资源的必然趋势。它的最终目的是有利于盘活存量,资源共享,提高效益,有利于为人民提供优质医疗卫生服务[1],同时也为浙江省《深化医药卫生体制改革若干意见》的稳步实施提供了生动的案例,为行政主管部门的决策提供了借鉴。更多还原
