【摘要】 本文对医院“医疗服务、资产经营委托管理目标责任制”,改革中思想政治工作存在的问题及原因进行了分析,从思想政治工作与托管制改革紧密配合,确立围绕并服从和服务经济改革这个新重心;思想理论与行为理论有机结合,推动改革形成新进展;精神激励与物质奖励相互促合,以建立思想政治工作的新体系三个方面,就加强改革过程中思想政治工作的针对性和实效性,巩固思想政治工作在医院建设和发展中的地位进行了探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article analyzes the "target responsibility system for trusteeship for medical care service and assets operation" in hospitalsas well as the problems in reforming ideological and political work and the causes. Based on 3 aspects, namely close combination of ideologicaland political work with trusteeship reform to establish the new priority to obey and serve economic reform; combination of ideological theorywith behavior theory to promote new progress for the reform; combination of ideological incentive with material incentive to set up a new systemfor ideological and political work; it explores the aim and real effectiveness of ideological and political work, strengthening the position ofideological and political work in hospital development.更多还原
