纳米炭的含量测定法及其混悬注射液的生物测定法

【摘要】 本文建立了纳米炭及其混悬注射液含量测定方法。元素分析法测定纳米炭原料药的含量 ,以基准乙酰苯胺为对照品 ,1 0 50℃ ,氦气流做为载气 ,热导检测池检测 ,C的量在 0 44~ 0 64mg之间线性关系良好 (r=0 9992 ) ,平均回收率为 99 0 % ,RSD为 1 3 % ;可快速、简便的测定纳米炭原料药的含量。生物测定法测定纳米炭混悬注射液淋巴示踪性 ,通过三级淋巴结染色打分判断 ,可真实反应纳米炭混悬注射液在使用时的情况 ,使其质量可控

【Abstract】 An element analysis method for the determination of na no -carbon and a biological analysis method for nano-carbon particle suspension inj ection were established. In the element analysis, Helium was mobile phase and th e content was determined at 1050℃. The calibration curve of C in the range of 0 44~0 64mg was linear (r=0 9992). The recovery rate was 99 0% and R SD 1 3%. It was a rapid, simple and accurate method for nano-carbon par ticles determination.The content of nano-carbon in its suspension injection coul d be determined by lymph tracer. The biological analysis method could truly refl ect the application situation of the injection, make the quality to be controlle d.
