【摘要】 目的 :探讨冠心病及神经官能症患者的心理状态及其与疾病严重程度的相关性。方法 :在 5 3例冠心病 (心肌梗死 2 2例 ,心绞痛 31例 )及 2 1例神经官能症患者中用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )和西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)评价患者的心理状态、机体功能和生活质量。结果 :冠心病及神经官能症患者抑郁、焦虑等心理症状与躯体症状并存 ,相互影响。冠心病患者SAQ中的治疗满意程度评分与SCL 90中的人际关系、敌对两项评分呈负相关 ;神经官能症患者SAQ中的心绞痛稳定状态评分与SCL 90中的精神病性评分呈正相关 ,SAQ中的疾病认识程度评分与SCL 90中的总分、抑郁、焦虑 3项评分呈负相关。结论 :对冠心病患者进行正规治疗的同时应注重心理治疗。对神经官能症患者来说 ,心理治疗更重要更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the psychological reaction in p atients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and cardioneurosis and the correlation s to the severity of the diseases. Methods: The psychological reaction, physical function, and quality of life were assessed by Symptom Checkl ist 90 (SCL-90) and Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) in 53 patients with CHD (22 with myocardial infarction, 31 with angina pectoris) and 21 patients with ca rdioneurosis. Results: Psychological symptoms like depression and anxiety coexisted and interacted with somatic symptoms in these patients. T he characteristics of psychological reaction in CHP and cardioneurosis patients were different. In CHD patients, the score of satisfaction with therapy in SAQ w as negatively correlated with the scores of interpersonal and hostility in SCL- 90. In cardioneurosis patients, the score of stable state of angina in SAQ was p ositively correlated with the score of psychoticism in SCL-90, and the score of recognition for disease in SAQ was negatively correlated with the scores of dep ression and anxiety in SCL-90. Conclusion: Psychological ther apy should be emphasized in patients with CHD, and it is even more important in patients with cardioneurosis.更多还原
