【摘要】 目的 :按不同骨面型建立东北地区成人Wylie分析正常值 ,为建立数据库做准备。方法 :选择东北地区正常成人 10 0例做为样本 ,摄头颅侧位X线片 ,在X线片上定点测量 ,将样本分为水平趋向生长型、平均型、垂直趋向生长型 ,得到的数据进行统计学分析 ,建立不同骨面型Wylie分析的头影测量正常值。结果 :获得了不同骨面型Wylie分析的头影测量正常值。结论 :按照不同的骨面型建立成人正常值标准具有重要的临床指导意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the radiographic cephalo metric normal value of Wylie analysis for adults according to different skeletal patterns. Methods: We selected 100 adults (50 men and 50 wo men) with normal occlusion. The lateral cephalometric radiographs were traced on acetate sheets landmarks were identified, and indexes of Wylie analysis were me asured with traced protractor template. Student test were performed. R esults: The radiographic cephalometric normal values of Wylie analysis have been established for adults according to different skeletal patterns in the northeastern China. Conclusion: It is necessary to establis h the normal cephalometric values of adults with normal occlusion according to d ifferent skeletal patterns.更多还原
