【摘要】 目的 :研究不同时期手术对急性颈髓损伤疗效的影响 ,以探讨合适的手术时机。方法 :94例急性颈髓损伤患者按手术时间分为急诊、早期、延期 3组 ,比较各组术前术后Frankel分级和运动指数评分。结果 :急诊组神经功能恢复最明显。急诊组与早期和延迟组术后Frankel分级、运动指数评分均有显著性差异 ,而早期和延迟组术后Frankel分级、运动指数评分则差异无显著性。急诊组与早期和延迟组术前术后Frankel分级、运动指数评分变化值均有显著性差异 ,而早期和延迟组术前术后Frankel分级、运动指数评分变化值则差异无显著性。结论 :急性颈髓损伤的手术疗效与手术时间有关 ,如条件允许 ,应在 2 4h内尽早进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the influence of surgery at different times on neurologic outcome of cervical spinal cord injury and to explore the proper operating time. Methods: Cases (94) of cervical spinal cord injury were divided into urgent group(<24 hours),early group (24 to 72 hours),delayed group (>ays) according to the time of surgery . The postoperative Frankel grade and motor index of different groups were compared. Results: The neurologic outcome of the urgent group was the best. The neurologic outcome of the delayed group was better than that of the early group. Conclusion: The operation should be performed urgently within 24 hours if possible.更多还原
