【摘要】 目的 :比较超声乳化白内障吸除术 (PEA)二种切口对角膜的感觉 (CS)的影响。方法 :将老年性白内障行PEA术的住院患者 (4 8眼 ) ,随机分成巩膜切口组 (2 4眼 )和角膜缘切口组 (2 4眼 ) ,并按年龄分成 3个亚组 :≤5 0岁 (8眼 ) ,≤ 70岁 (8眼 ) ,>70岁 (8眼 )。应用Boberg Ans角膜感觉仪 ,分别在术前 ,术后 1d、1周、1个月、3个月测定角膜中央、周边 3,6 ,9,1 2点的CS。统计分析患者术后与术前CS的差值。结果 :2种切口术后CS均下降 ;巩膜切口各点CS恢复比角膜缘切口快。结论 :PEA术 ,巩膜切口比角膜缘切口对CS的影响小更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influences of phacoemulsification incisions on the corneal sensitivity (CS). Methods: The in patients with senile cataract were randomly divided into 2 groups: one with sclera incision (n=24), the other with limbus incision (n=24). There were 3 subgroups: ≤50 years old (n=8), ≤70 years old (n=8), >70 years old (n=8). Boberg Ans aesthesiometer was applied to test the CS at the central cornea 3, 6,9,12 clock peripherally during pre operation, post operation 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months. Results: The CS was decreased in both groups. With time prolonging, CS was gradually recovered, and in the sclera incision group was faster than that with the limbus incision. Conclusion: Phacoemulsification with sclera incision had less influence on CS than that with limbus incision.更多还原
