【摘要】 目的 :探讨陈旧性泪小管断裂不同治疗方法的治疗效果。方法 :采用眼睑前叶切开 弯针法 ,眼睑全层切开 弯针法治疗陈旧性泪小管断裂。结果 :陈旧性泪小管断裂的治愈率 ,眼睑前叶切开 弯针法为 6 8.4 2 % ,眼睑全层切开 弯针法为 5 7.1 4 %。结论 :眼睑前叶切开 弯针法 ,眼睑全层切开 弯针法治疗陈旧性泪小管断裂效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the treatment effects for old lacerated cananiculi with different operative modes. Methods: Old lacerated cananiculi were treated with incision on anterior part of eyelid bend needle and incision on whole layer eyelid bend needle. Results: The cure rates of old lacerated cananiculi were 68.42% for incision on anterior part of eyelid bend needle, and 57.42 % for incision on whole layer eyelid. Conclusion: The effects of old lacerated cananiculi treated with incision on anterior part of eyelid bend needle and incision on whole layer eyelid bend needle are good.更多还原
