【摘要】 目的 :评价牙周病和糖尿病之间的相关性。方法 :1 1 4名伴有糖尿病的牙周病患者 ,根据血糖的高低分成 3组并测定它们的CPITN和牙齿缺失数。再将他们随机分成A ,B ,C 3组 ,A组为实验组 ,同时进行牙周病和糖尿病的系统治疗 ,B ,C两组为对照组 ,分别只进行牙周治疗或糖尿病治疗 ,1个月后对 3组的牙周治疗和血糖控制情况进行评定。结果 :血糖 <7.0mmol/L组的牙周指数明显低于其它两组 ,P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1。血糖 >1 2 .1mmol/L组的缺失牙数则明显多于对应的两组 ,P <0 .0 5。A组的牙周病的治疗显效率明显高于其它两组 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :糖尿病和牙周病之间存在相关性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the correlation between periodontitis and diabetes. Methods: We divided 114 patients with periodontitis and diabetes into 3 groups according to the level of blood glucose,and examined their CPITN and number of missing teeth.And then we divided these patients into 3 groups randomly. Group A was the experimental group received treatment not only on periodontitis but alsoon diabetes. Group B and group C were control groups which received treatment on periodontitis or on diabetes respectively. After 1 month,we evaluated the curative effect of periodontitis and diabetes in these 3 groups. Results: The CPITN in the group with blood glucose <7.0 mmol/L was significantly less than that in the other 2 groups (P<0.05 and P<0.01).The number of missing teeth in the group with blood glucose >12.1mmol/L was significantly more than that of other groups (P<0.05).The curative effect of periodontitis in group A was better than that of other 2 groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a correlation between periodontitis and diabetes.更多还原
