【摘要】 目的通过对小鼠口服赤芍和赤芍胡椒复方后血浆中芍药苷浓度的比较,探讨活血温里复方的药物配伍机理。方法色谱条件色谱柱KromasilC18(250mm×46mm,7μm),流动相甲醇水(38∶62),流速05ml/min,检测波长230nm。比较小鼠灌胃后不同时间时实验组(赤芍胡椒复方)与对照组(赤芍)血浆中芍药苷浓度的差异。结果芍药苷与血浆中其他成分能很好分离,在50～2500μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为9552%;最低检测浓度149μg/ml。实验组小鼠平均血药浓度在60,90min时明显高于对照组,实验组与对照组有显著差异(P<001,P<005)。结论在赤芍胡椒复方中,胡椒可提高赤芍主要有效成分芍药苷的血药浓度。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the effect of combination of Radix Paeoniae Rubra with Fructus Piperis on plasma concentration of paeoniflorin in mice.MEHTOD:The conditions of chromatography:C_~18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,~7 μm ),mobile phase:CH_~3 OH-H_~2 O(38∶62),flow rate:0.5 ml/min,detection wavelength:230 nm.To compare plasma concentration of paeoniflorin in control group(Radix Paeoniae Rubra)with treatment group(combination of Radix Paeoniae Rubra with Fructus Piperis)different time after ig in mice.RESULT:The linear range of paeoniflorin was 5.0～250.0 μg/ml,the limitation of detectability was 1.49 μg/ml,the average recovery was 95.52%.The concentration of paeoniflorin in plasma of treatment group was highter than that of control group at 60 min and 90 min.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Fructus Piperis can increase plasma concentration of paeoniflorin in compound recipe of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Fructus Piperis.更多还原
