三种天然抗氧化剂清除自由基作用的研究
Effect of Three Kinds of Natural Antioxidants Scavenging Free Radicals
【摘要】 目的 :比较 3种天然抗氧化剂 (茶多酚、银杏提取物和竹叶提取物 )清除自由基的作用。方法 :生物化学发光法 (CuSO4 Vc H2 O2 酵母悬浮液体系化学发光检测法和次黄嘌呤 黄嘌呤氧化酶 鲁米诺体系化学发光检测法 )。结果 :茶多酚 (TP)、银杏提取物 (EGb)、竹叶提取物 (EBI)均具有清除OH-、O2 -· 自由基的作用。TP、EGb、EBI清除O2 -· 的IC50 分别为 3 0 79,3 4 2 5 ,3 5 93μg/ml。 结论 :3种天然抗氧化剂清除自由基能力茶多酚最强 ,银杏提取物次之 ,竹叶提取物相对最弱。
【Abstract】 AIM:To study the scavenging capacities on radicals of three natural antioxidants including tea polyphenols(TP),extract of Ginkgo biloba (EGb) and extract of Phyuostachys heterocycla (EBI).METHOD:Using chemiluminescence(CuSO 4 Vc H 2O 2 Yeast suspensions system and hypoxanthine xanthine oxidase Luminol system).RESULT:All the samples show the scavenging capacities on radicals to some extent.The IC 50 on scavenging OH - of TP,Egb and EBI was 1 049,1 433, and 1 554 mg/ml respectively,and its on scavenging O 2 -· of TP,Egb and EbI was 3 079,3 425,and 3 593 μg/ml respectively.CONCLUSION:Comparing these three antioxidants,the order of clearing away both OH and O 2 -· was TP>Egb>EBI.
