谷氨酰胺对电离辐射损伤小鼠抗氧化作用的影响
The Effect of Glutamine on Antioxidance in Mice Damaged by Radiation
【摘要】 目的 研究谷氨酰胺 (Gln)对电离辐射损伤小鼠抗氧化作用的影响 ,探讨Gln的辐射防护作用机制。方法 48只体重相近的健康雄性昆明小鼠被随机分成 3组 ,正常组和照射组喂质量分数为 15 %酪蛋白饲料 ,照射 +Gln组在 15 %酪蛋白饲料的基础上添加 4%Gln ,照射组和照射 +Gln组用13 7Cs作为放射源 ,以 4Gy的照射剂量进行一次性全身照射 ,照射后 1周和 2周分批处死动物 ,测定血清、肝脏和肠黏膜中的抗氧化指标。结果 照射后血清、肝脏和肠黏膜中的丙二醛 (MDA)质量浓度升高 ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH )质量浓度下降 ,补充Gln后MDA降低 ,SOD活性和GSH质量浓度升高。结论 补充Gln可增强小鼠的抗氧化能力 ,对辐射损伤有一定的防护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the protective effect of glutamine on antioxidation in mice damaged by radiation. Methods 48 male mice in similar weight were randomly divided into three groups.The feedstuff of normal and radiation group were added by 15% case in and glutamine group were added by 4% glutamine. 137Cs was used as radiation source and mice in group radiation and group glutamine were exposed to 137Cs rays(dose of 4Gy)with the whole body.After one or two weeks,the indexes of antioxidance in serum,liver and intestinal mucosas were measured. Results After radiation,GSH contents and SOD activities were decreased and MDA contents were increased in serum,liver and intestinal mucosas.Glutamine supplement decreased MDA contents and increased GSH contents and SOD activities. Conclusion Glutamine supplement increased the antioxidation and had the protective effect on radiation damage in mice.
