维生素E和不同脂肪酸对大鼠血糖、血脂及脂质过氧化水平的影响
Effect of Different Vitamin E and Fatty Acids on the Serum Glucose,Serum Lipid and Lipid Peroxidation in Rat
【摘要】 目的 观察维生素E和饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸对大鼠血糖、血脂及脂质过氧化物的影响。方法 雄性SD大鼠 48只随机分成 6组 ,分别为猪油组、橄榄油组、橄榄油 +维生素E组、葵花籽油组和猪油 +维生素E组、葵花籽油 +维生素E组。各组大鼠的饲料中脂肪占总能量的 3 0 7% ,蔗糖占总能量的14 8% ,喂饲 6周后采血测定大鼠血清葡萄糖耐量、胰岛素、总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL -C)、血清丙二醛 (MDA)、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)和血清维生素E浓度。结果 橄榄油组大鼠的血清TG、TC、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素和餐后 2h血糖均显著低于猪油组 ;血清MDA低于葵花籽油组 ,血清GSH -Px、HDL -C高于葵花籽油组和猪油组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;葵花籽油 +维生素E组和猪油 +维生素E组大鼠的血清TC、TG、餐后 2h血糖、血清MDA均显著低于相应的未加维生素E组 ,血清维生素E、HDL -C、GSH -Px高于相应的未加维生素E组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 维生素E和单不饱和脂肪酸有利于正常的葡萄糖代谢 ,可能与降低血清TC、TG ,减少脂质过氧化物的产生 ,减轻机体组织的胰岛素抵抗有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of vitamin E and saturated fatty acid,monounsaturated fatty acid,polyunsaturated fatty acid on serum glucose,serum lipid and lipid peroxidation in rat Methods 48 adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to 6 groups and fed on three test diets containing 30 7% fat of total energy as lard,olive oil,sunflower oil and three test diets added vitamin E respectively for six weeks An oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)was performed and blood samples were taken for measurement of serum glucose,insulin,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),vitamin E,malondiadehycle(MDA),glutathion peroxidase(GSH-Px) Results The serum TG,TC,glucose and insulin level both at o min and 120 min in group of olive oil was markedly lower than in lard group( P <0 05),whereas serum MDA was significantly lower than sunflower gloup( P <0 05) Serum GSH-Px and HDL-C were significantly higher in rats fed olive oil than in rats fed lard and sunflower oil respectively( P <0 05) In comparison with rats fed withourt vitamin E,rats fed lard and sunflower with vitamin E had a low serum TC,TG,glucose level 120 min after a glucose load,MDA and a high serum vitamin E,HDL-C,GSH-Px( P <0 05) Conclusion Vitamin E and monounsaturated fatty acid contributes to glucose metabolism,the beneficial effect might be mediated,at least in part by reducing TG,TC,lipid peroxidation and insulin resistance
