吡啶酸铬对肥胖大鼠体重及其脂质代谢的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨吡啶酸铬对肥胖大鼠体重、体脂含量及其血脂等水平的影响。方法 以高脂饲料诱导大鼠肥胖模型 ,然后将肥胖模型鼠随机分为 4组 :对照组、 15 0 μg/kg体重组、 3 0 0 μg/kg体重组和 60 0 μg/kg体重组三个吡啶酸铬组 ,共 6周。观察大鼠体重、睾丸 +肾脂肪垫重量、血脂、血糖 (GLU)、胰岛素 (INS)及血瘦素 (Leptin)水平的变化。结果  3 0 0 μg/kg与 60 0 μg/kg剂量组的动物体重、睾丸 +肾脂肪垫、及Leptin水平均显著低于对照组(P <0 0 5 ) ;三个吡啶酸铬组的TC与TG显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;60 0 μg/kg组的脂体比及INS低于对照组(P <0 0 5 ) ,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)则显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;各组间的血糖水平差异不明显。结论吡啶酸铬有改善大鼠肥胖及降低高血脂水平的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of oral chromium picolinate(CP)supplement on body weight and lipid metabolism in obese rats,and so on.Methods Male Wistar obese rats,induced by high fat food,were randomly divided into four groups and fed by CP of 0,150,300,600(μg/kg body weight)respectively for six weeks.Body weight of obese rats,fat pad around kidney and testis,blood lipids,glucose(GLU),insulin(INS)and leptin were measured. Results It showed that TC and TG of all CP supplementation groups decreased obviously compared with the control,and body weight,total fat pad and leptin of 300 μg/kg and 600 μg/kg groups decreased obviously too.The HDL-C of 600 μg/kg group was higher than that of control group.On the other hand,INS of 600 μg/kg group was lower compared with the control.There was no statistical difference in blood glucose concentration among four groups. Conclusions The results suggest that CP,may increase consumption of energy,and can decrease weight gain,blood lipids and resistance of INS and leptin in obses rats.
