【摘要】 目的建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定妇科止带片中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法色谱柱为DiamonsilC18,流动相为乙腈-磷酸二氢钾(30∶70),检测波长为347nm。结果盐酸小檗碱浓度线性范围为04052～2026μg/ml,平均回收率为9818%,RSD=092%(n=5)。结论本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于妇科止带片的质量控制。更多还原
