【摘要】 目的 :对5个厂家的尼莫地平片进行溶出度比较。方法 :根据《中国药典》溶出度检查法 ,采用高效液相色谱法检查A、B、C、D、E厂的尼莫地平片累计溶出度 ,绘制其溶出曲线 ,计算参数T50、Td、m的值 ,并对参数值进行显著性t检验。结果 :各厂家的T50、Td、m间有显著性差异 (P<0 05)。其中 ,B、C、D、E厂采用固体分散技术生产的尼莫地平片溶出度均符合部颁标准规定的溶出限度。结论 :采用固体分散技术生产的尼莫地平片放置1年以后的溶出度明显高于普通技术生产的产品更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To compare the dissolubilities among nimodipine tablets produced by5different factories.METHODS:Measuring the dissolubilities of nimodipine tablets from different factories by HPLC and making the dissoluˉtion curves according to Chinese WS-(X)-100-2000Z.Calculating T 50 、T d 、m,the data obtained were detected with t test. RESULTS:There were differences in the T 50 、T d and m(P<0.05).The dissolubilities of nimodipine tablets produced by solid dispersed technic from factories B,C,D,E,were in keeping with Chinese WS-(X)-100-2000Z.CONCLUSION:The dissolubility of nimodipine tablets produced by solid dispersed technology is higher than others after1-year storage.更多还原
