【摘要】 目的:探讨黄芩维E防护乳膏的制备及质量控制方法。方法:黄芩提取物以70％乙醇溶解,油相和水相分别加热至85℃, 充分混匀后制成乳膏;用薄层色谱法鉴别乳膏中的黄芩苷,并用二阶导数光谱法测定其含量。结果:黄芩苷在10.4～31.2μg/ml浓 度范围内线性关系良好,方法平均回收率为99.7％,RSD=0.47％。结论:制剂处方及制备工艺合理,质量可控。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To explore the preparation and quality control method of Scutellaria - Vit E protection cream.METHODS: Extrat of Scutellia was dissolved in 70% ethanol.The oil phase and water phase were heated to 85℃ on water bath separately,and mixed completely to prepare the cream.The baicalin in cream was identified by TLC method and the content of baicalin in cream by second derivative spectrometry .RESULTS:Linear range of baicalin was(10.4-31.2)μg/ml and average recovery was 99.7% , RSD = 0.47% .CONCLUSION: The formulation and preparation technic are rational and its quality control is easy to handle.更多还原
