【摘要】 目的 :在瑞格列奈、格列苯脲、格列齐特、格列吡嗪中寻找治疗糖尿病的最佳方案。方法 :利用已有的文献资料 ,根据药物经济学的原理 ,采用成本 -效果分析方法进行评价 ;同时对可能的影响因素 (价格、用药剂量 )进行考察 ,并做了敏感性分析。结果 :瑞格列奈组为最佳治疗方案 ,其次为格列齐特、格列吡嗪、格列苯脲。结论 :敏感性分析与成本 -效果分析的结果一致 ,说明成本 -效果分析的结果可信。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To select a best therapeutic scheme for diabetes among four kinds of oral hypoglycemic drugs:repaglinide(Novonorm),glibenclamide,gliclazide and glipizide.METHODS:According to the principle of pharmacoeconomics,using cost-effectiveness analysis(CEA),assessment and survey of the influencing factors(price,dosage)were carried out,at the same time,sensitive analysis was performed.RESULTS:The best therapeutic scheme was Novonorm and the rest were gliclazide,glipizide and glibenclamide in sequence.CONCLUSION:The result of sensitive analysis is in keeping with that of CEA,which indicates the credibility of CEA.更多还原
