【摘要】 目的了解癌症家庭成员的心理健康状况。方法采用SCL 90、SAS、SDS量表对癌症病人的直系家庭成员进行测评 ,并与国内常模对比。结果癌症病人家庭成员的焦虑、抑郁程度均显著高于国内常模 ,病程短的病人家庭成员得分高于病程长者 ,父母、配偶的评分显著高于子女的评分。结论癌症病人家庭成员多伴有抑郁、焦虑情绪 ,在对癌症病人治疗的同时 ,应注重病人家庭成员的心理干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the mental health status of the relatives of cancer patients.Methods 113 relatives of cancer patients were respectively tested SCL-90,SAS and SDS,and the result was compared with norms of Chinese. Results(1) The mean scores of depression and anxiety were obviously higher in 113 relatives of cancer patients than the norms.(2)Compared with the short course of disease,the scores of the relatives of cancer patients with farther courses of disease were higher.(3)The scores of parents and connubial were obviously higher than filial.ConclusionThe relatives of cancer patients always had anxiety and depressive,they should be psychologically intervened while the cancer patients received the treatment.更多还原
