【摘要】 目的研究青少年神经症患者的家庭亲密度和父母教养方式的特点。方法采用家庭亲密度及适应性量表 (FACES CV)及父母教养方式量表 (EMBU ) ,对在门诊及住院部的青少年神经症患者 5 5例 (研究组 )和与之完全对应选择的同龄正常人 44例 (对照组 )进行测试。结果①与对照组比较 ,研究组在现实的家庭亲密度及适应性评分上均低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。而两组理想的家庭亲密及适应性无差异显著性。②研究组的父母教养方式评分中 ,与对照组相比 ,父亲的低温暖、理解和高偏爱 ,过分拒绝、否认(P <0 .0 1)和母亲的过度干涉、过分保护、过分拒绝、否认 (P <0 .0 1或 <0 .0 5 )明显。结论青少年神经症患者的家庭亲密度及适应性和父母教养方式存在多种问题 ,对其心理健康水平及神经症的发病病因、治疗康复均有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristics of mode on family cohesion and parental rearing behavior of young patient with neurosis. MethodsAdopt quantity table on family cohesion and adaptability (FACES-CV) and quantity table on parental rearing behavior (EMBC) to test 55 young patients with neurosis in outpatient and inpatient departments (researched group) and 44 selected normal persons at the same age who complete correspond with above patients (comparative group).Results①Compared with comparative group, evaluation result of researched group on actual family cohesion and adaptability is less than that of the comparative group (P<0.01); there is no significant difference on ideal family cohesion and adaptability between groups.② Compared with comparative group,in evaluation result of researched group on parental rearing behavior,parent’ less warmness, understanding and more favoritism, excessive interference and protection,as well as excessive refusal and repudiation are obvious(P<0.01 or 0.05) . ConclusionsThere are many problems in family cohesion and adaptability as well as parental rearing behavior of young patient with neurosis,which play a important part in their psychological healthy level and pathogenic reason of neurosis, and treatment and recovery.更多还原
