【摘要】 目的了解SARS期间民工返乡时和隔离时的心理状况。方法对 166名民工返乡时和隔离时分别进行SCL 90、SAS和SDS量表评定 ,并与正常人群比较。结果民工返乡时SCL 90总分、阳性项目数和躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐怖、精神病性、其他等因子分均显著高于对照组 ,返乡时SAS( 4 2 .5 1± 11.40 )和SDS评分 ( 4 5 .5 3± 12 .5 6)均显著高于对照组 ( 3 8.82± 9.91,42 .49± 9.96) (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;隔离时SCL 90总分、阳性项目数及所有因子分和SAS、SDS评分均显著高于返乡时与对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论SARS期间民工返乡时存在较多的心理问题 ,隔离时更为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate psycho-states for returning non-regular labours on returning and during isolation.Methods Ratings of SCL-90,SAS and SDS were conducted in 166 returning non-regular labours on returning and during isolation,and compared with controls. ResultsCompared with controls,total score and scores of most factors of SCL-90 were significantly higher,and scores of SAS and SDS were also higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01); total score,positive items and scores of all factors of SCL-90 and scores of SAS and SDS were all obviously higher during isolation than returning and controls(P<0.01).ConclusionDuring SARS epidemic period,non-regular labours had more psycho-problems on returning,which became more significant during isolation.更多还原
