【摘要】 目的探讨精神分裂症患者的自知力特点及其影响因素。方法对 15 8例精神分裂症患者的自知力及其影响因素进行评估 ,并作多元逐步回归分析。结果精神分裂症患者的自知力为 2 .17±2 .93 ,多元逐步回归分析显示 ,影响精神分裂症患者自知力的因素 ,主要为入院态度、BPRS焦虑抑郁因子、治疗时间、BPRS总分、总病程 ,标准回归系数分别为 0 .3 741、0 .3 5 5 6、0 .2 63 2、 0 .2 3 82、 0 .14 5 6。结论精神分裂症患者自知力较差 ,其受多种因素的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the insight and its influencial factors in schizophrenias. Methods81 patients with diagnosis of schizophrenia were assessed for insight and associated factors, and were analyzed with multiple stepwise regression. Results The score of insight was 2.17±2.93. Analysis of multiple stepwise regression showed that, the factors which entered the regressive equation were admission attitude, anxiety-depression factor in BPRS,treated duration, total scores of BPRS and the total illness duration,standardized regressive coefficient were -0.3741,0.3556,0.2632,-0.2382,-0.1456, respectively. ConclusionsThe insight of schizophrenic patients was worse,and was affected by multiple factors.更多还原
