【摘要】 目的比较利培酮与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者生存质量的影响。方法采用阳性与阴性症状量表 (PANSS) ,副反应量表 (TESS)、健康状况问卷 (SF 3 6)进行疗效 ,副反应和生存质量评估 ,并对影响生存质量的某些因素进行多元逐步回归分析。结果两组PANSS评分治疗前 ( 71.6± 17.49,66.0 2± 14 .12 ) ,治疗后 ( 4 1.2 6± 9.3 7,3 8.93± 7.67)均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,而两组同期相互比较 ,则无显著性差异。治疗结束后 ,利培酮组在生理机能、生理职能、生活活力、社会功能、情感职能 5个因子分及生存质量总评分均明显高于氯丙嗪组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且治疗前后评分有显著差异。多因素逐步回归分析显示影响患者生存质量的主要因素依次为精神症状、药物、副反应、病程。结论利培酮与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症疗效相当 ,生存质量优于氯丙嗪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the quality of life (QOL) in schizophrenic patients treated with risperidone or chlorpromazine. Methods100 schizophrenic patients in hospital were randomly divided into two groups receiving risperidone and chlorpromazine respectively for 3 months,positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) and Short Form 36 Health survey Questionnaire(SF-36) were used to evaluate the effect,the side effects and the quality of life.ResultsAfter treatment,the scores of PANSS were both significantly decreased(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in two groups.The risperidone group were higher than the chlorpromazine group in the factor scores of Physical Functioning,Role-Physical,Vitality,Social Functioning,Role-Emotional and the totel scores of SF-36.The difference was significant(P< 0.05).Analysis of multiple stepwise regressions showed the main factors influencing patients’ QOL were psychotic symptom,drug,side effects and the duration of disease. ConclusionThe both drugs were similar in effect,but the patients with schizophrenia treated by risperidone had better life quality than that of chlorpromazine.更多还原
