【摘要】 目的编制评价原发性骨质疏松症患者生活质量的多维测评量表。方法采用初始量表对2 14例原发性骨质疏松症患者进行生活质量的实测后 ,采用t检验法、相关分析法、因子分析法等 5种方法联合进行条目筛选 ,由保留条目组建量表测试版。结果 ( 1)骨质疏松症生活质量量表 (osteoporosisqualityoflifescale ,OQOLS)测试版量表由 75个条目组成 5个维度 ,其中疾病维度 2 0条目 ,生理维度 17条目 ,社会维度17条目 ,心理维度 13条目 ,满意度维度 8条目。 ( 2 )条目分析显示测试版量表条目与各维度、总分间的相关分别为 0 .2 0 5～ 0 .861、0 .3 65～ 0 .80 7,达到优良水平。 ( 3 )探索性因素分析抽取 14个共因子 ,累积解释变异量为 73 .40 8% ,可分属五个维度。结论原发性骨质疏松症患者生活质量量表的建构基本符合理论构想 ,所含条目有良好的敏感性、独立性和代表性 ,达到了编制的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo develop a self-administered quality of life scale (QOL) for patients with osteoporosis. Methods The theory and methodology in developing rating scale were employed to establish the instrument. The QOL data measured from 214 cases with osteoporosis were used to evaluate the scale. Results(1)Formed the 75-item Quality of Life Scale for osteoporosis , it includes five domains: disease(20 items ),physical(17 items ),social(17 items ),psychological(13 items) and satisfaction(8 items). (2) The correlation coefficients between items and the score of the scale and its subscales were 0.365～0.807 and 0.205～0.861 respectively. (3) Exploratory principal component analysis of the items identified that the scale had fourteen factors that made up five domains, explaining 73.41% of total variance. Conclusion The QOLS was developed according to our purpose and met the need of psychometrics.更多还原
