【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo provide the measurement and evaluation of QOL of subjects with diabetes mellitus with a valid tool. MethodsEnglish diabetes-specific quality of life scale (DQOL) was introduced into China, and was culture-adapted and revised. Results and ConclusionIn general, adjusted diabetes-specific quality of life scale (A-DQOL) after cultural adaptation and revision possesses better reliability and validity, but the internal consistency of individual domain is poorer, so further revision is still necessary when A-DQOL will be popularized.更多还原
