【摘要】 用十三种血清型的胸膜肺炎放线杆菌标准菌株免疫家兔,制备了标准抗血清,通过玻片凝集试验,琼脂扩散试验和免疫电泳试验,对抗血清的特异性、效价和保存期进行了监测,结果表明,制备的抗血清有较好的特异性,在4℃可以保存一个月、-20℃和、-80℃下保存一年无明显变化。用抗血清对从湖南,安徽,河南等地分离的胸膜肺炎菌株进行分型鉴定,分别为血清2,3,8型;而PCR检测均为阳性,说明抗血清可用于野生株的鉴定和流行病学调查。更多还原

【Abstract】 To prepare the serum for serotyping,the 13 serotypes of actinobacilus pleuropneumoniae (App)were cultured,harvested and used to immunize health rabbits.The specialty,titer and shelf life of the 13 sera were measured by slide agglutination test,agar diffusion test and counter immunodiffusion assay.The consequences indicated that the sera possessed good specialty,and can stored 1 month under 4?℃,1 year at minus 20 and minus 80?℃,respectively.The sera and established method were applied to identify five isolated strains,these strains were shown to be serotype 2,3 and 8.Which were further confirmed by PCR.All results revealed that the prepared serum and relevant assay can be used clinically.更多还原
