【摘要】 为提高基层医院消毒灭菌质量 ,消除影响消毒质量的相关因素 ,采用抽样检验方法对医院消毒灭菌质量进行了监测。结果 ,前 6个月内共检测 6 98份样 ,合格者 5 36份 ,合格率为 76 .8% ;采取改进措施后 ,连续 16个月内共检测了 176 1份样 ,合格者 174 9份 ,合格率为 99.32 %。样品检验中大肠埃希菌检出率为 2 4 .9% ,葡萄球菌检出率为2 2 .7% ,铜绿假单胞菌检出率为 17.8%。结果提示 ,基层医院卫生消毒质量较差 ,经加强管理和采取改进措施之后得到明显提高更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization in basic hospitals and to eliminate the related factors influencing the disinfection quality, selective examination method was used to monitor the quality of hospital disinfection and sterilization. The results showed that a total of 698 samples were examined in the first 6 months and 536 of them were found eligible with an eligible rate of 76.8%. After taking improving measures, 1761 samples were examined in 16 successive months and 1749 of them were found eligible with an eligible rate of 99.32%. In the samples examined, Escherichia coli was detected in 24.9%, Staphylococcus was detected in 22.7% and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected in 17.8%. The results indicated that the quality of sanitary disinfection in basic hospitals was low and was significantly improved after strengthening administration and taking improving measures.更多还原
