【摘要】 纯植物消毒剂为当归、金银花、薄荷、丁香、肉桂等14味中药制成的消毒剂,为了解其杀灭微生物效果及毒性,进行了载体定量杀菌试验及毒性试验。结果,含体积分数50％该消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌作用1mm,40％的该剂对大肠杆菌作用1 min,60％的该剂对白色念珠菌作用1 min,平均杀灭率均>99.90％。小牛血清对其杀灭效果有影响,该中药消毒剂原液经37℃存放3个月,杀菌效果无明显变化。以其原液对雌、雄小鼠经口LD₅₀>5 000mg/kg（体重）,属实际无毒;蓄积毒性试验为弱蓄积毒性;对皮肤和粘膜无刺激性,微核试验阴性。结果显示,该植物消毒剂对细菌繁殖体具有良好的杀菌效果,对皮肤粘膜无刺激性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pure botanical disinfectant is a disinfectant prepared from 14 kinds of Chinese drugs including Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Flos Lonicerae, Herba Menthae, Flos Caryophylli, Cortex Cinnamomi, etc.. In order to know its germicidal efficacy and toxicity, carrier quantitative germicidal test and toxicity test were carried out. The results showed that 50% （v/v） solution of this disinfectant with a 1 min contact time, 40% solution with a 1 min contact time and 60% solution with a 1 min contact time killed >99.90% of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans in average respectively. Calf serum had influence on its germicidal efficacy. The germicidal efficacy of its stock solution did not change obviously after storing at 37℃ for 3 months. The oral LD₅₀ of its stock solution for female and male mice was >5000 mg/kg （body weight）, so it belongs to actually nontoxic disinfectant. Cumulative toxicity test showed weak cumulative toxicity. It was not irritative to skin and mucous membrane. Micronucleus test was negative. The results indicated that this botanical disinfectant has good efficacy in killing vegetative form of bacteria and is not irritative to skin and mucous membrane.更多还原
