高效二氧化氯消毒餐洗剂的研究
STUDY ON HIGH-EFFICACY CHLORINE DOXIDE TABLEWARE DISINFECTING- WASHING AGENT
【摘要】 为了了解高效二氧化氯消毒餐洗剂的有关性能,采用悬液定量法对其杀灭微生物效果进行了观察,并作了能量试验和腐蚀性试验。结果,以含10mg/L的二氧化氯的该消毒剂,作用10min,可100%杀灭大肠杆菌,含500mg/L二氧化氯,作用10min,可破坏HBsAg的抗原性。有机物对其消毒效果无明显影响,能量试验表明该产品的最低合格浓度为100mg/L。含30mg/L二氧化氯的该消毒剂作用5min,对餐具上污染的大肠杆菌的杀灭率为100%。
【Abstract】 In order to know the relevant properties of High-Efficacy Chlorine Dioxide Tableware Disinfecting-Washing Agent, suspension quantitative method was used to observe its germicidal efficacy and capacity test and corrosiveness test were carried out. The results showed that the disinfectant containing chlorine dioxide 10 mg/ L with a 10 min contact time could kill 100% of Escherichia coli and the disinfectant containing chlorine dioxide 500 mg / L with a 10 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg. The organic substance had no obvious influence on its disinfection efficacy. Capacity test indicated that its minimum eligible concentration was 100 mg/ L. The disinfectant containing chlorine dioxide 30 mg/ L with a 5 min contact time killed 100% of Escherichia coli contaminating the tableware.
