婴幼儿腹泻轮状病毒检测结果分析

【摘要】 目的 了解深圳市婴幼儿2000~2002年腹泻患儿轮状病毒的感染情况。方法 采集患儿粪便标本,轮状病毒检测用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),毒株分型用ELISA或逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)。所有资料录入计算机进行数据分析(Visual Foxpro 6.0和SPSS 10.0)。结果 通过2年多的检测表明,深圳市每年轮状病毒感染发病高峰季节为9月至翌年2月,住院患儿为50.06%(4061811),门诊患儿为57.97%(440/759)。流行的轮状病毒G型是G3型最多见(49.53%),其次为G1型(30.84%)。结论 轮状病毒流行毒株具有多变性,有必要建立广泛的轮状病毒监测网。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand infection conditions about rotavirus diarrhea of infants in Shenzhen City from 2000 to 2002. Methods Fecal samples were determined to identify rotavirus by ELISA. Serotypes G of rotavirus were identified by ELISA or RT-PCR. All data were computerized and analyzed by "Visual Foxpro 6.0 and SPSS 10.0".Results With over 2 years investigating and analyzing, we found, the peak of season is September through February every year. Rotavirus was detected at 50. 06% in inpatients and investigated at 57.97% among outpatients. The predominant strain was sen)type C3(49.53% ), next one was G1(30.84%). Conclusion The predominant strain of rotavirus is super - changing. It is necessary to establish the investigating nets on rotavirus.
