【摘要】 目的 了解小商品批发市场销售的美白祛斑系列化妆品的卫生质量,找出存在的问题,为完善和制定有效的卫生监督管理措施提供依据。方法 在北京市3个小商品批发市场购买92件美白祛斑系列化妆品(其中祛斑类化妆品20件、美白类化妆品46件,美白防晒类化妆品8件和美白祛痘类化妆品18件)。按《化妆品卫生规范》(2002年版),进行了微生物指标(细菌总数、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪大肠菌群、霉菌和酵母菌总数)和化学指标(铅、汞、砷、氢醌、苯酚、熊果苷、对羟基苯甲酸酯类防腐剂和常用的7种紫外线吸收剂)的测定。结果 92件美白祛斑系列的4类化妆品中,3件化妆品微生物指标超标,总合格率为97％。化学指标除祛斑类化妆品外,其他3类的总合格率为97％,祛斑类化妆品中金属汞严重超标,超标率达90％,最高超标倍数为23万倍。结论 北京市小商品批发市场销售的祛斑类化妆品存在着严重的金属汞污染的卫生问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the sanitary quality of beautifying cosmetics sold at wholesale market in Beijing. Methods Ninety- two pieces of beautifying cosmetics were purchased at three wholesale markets in Beijing, including 20 pieces for dispelling speckles, 46 pieces for whitening skin, 8 pieces for sun protection and 18 pieces for dispelling blains. Examinations for microorganisms(aerobic bacteria count, pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus, fecal coliforms, mold and yeast count) and chemicals(lead, mercure, arsenic, hydroquinone, phenol, arbutin, parabens, and seven UV absorbents) were performed according to the Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics(version 2002) .Results Three of the 92 pieces of cosmetics failed to meet the hygienic standard on microorganisms, the qualification rate was 97%; the qualification rate on chemicals was 97% among three categories of products, excluding cosmetics for dispelling speckles, in which 90% of products contained too much mercure, one piece of them was 230 thousand times mercure than the hygienic standard. Conclusion Severe mercure pollution is common in cosmetics for dispelling speckles sold at wholesah markets in Beijing.更多还原
