昂立植物乳杆菌发酵及其稳定性能的研究
The fenmentation and stability of Lactobacillus plantarum LP-Onlly
【摘要】 研究昂立植物乳杆菌(LPOnlly)的发酵特性、耐药性及遗传稳定性。结果表明LPOnlly发酵培养条件为37℃培养16~18h发酵结束,pH可达4.4左右;LPOnlly对研究的33种抗生素敏感、7种耐受;LPOnlly连续传代15代后,基因组DNA指纹图谱及代谢产物HPLC指纹图谱与原代保持一致。
【Abstract】 The characteristics of LP-Onlly strain such as fermentation, sensitivity to antibiotics, heriditary stability were studied. LP-Onlly culture condition was 37 ℃ for 16~18 hours ,end pH was 4.4 in fermentor. Continual inoculation 15 times, genetic stability of LP-Onlly strain was analysed by RAPD-PCR and HPLC.It could be concluded that LP-Onlly strain was stable.
