【摘要】 用气相色谱分析乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌提取物 ,结果表明乳酸杆菌提取物中乙酸的含量很高 ,双歧杆菌提取物挥发性脂肪酸种类较多 ,有乙酸、丙酸、异丁酸及丁酸等多种短链脂肪酸。分析结果表明短链脂肪酸很可能是乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌提取物抑菌的主要活性成分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analyze the active component by hight pressure gas chromatogram .The results suggest that there was a large amount of acetic acid was in the metabolic product of Lactobacillus and acetic acid propionic acid ,butyric acid,isobutyric acid in the metabolic product of Bifidobacterium .It indicates that short chain fatty acid may be the the active components of the metabolic product of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium .更多还原
