【摘要】 目的 :在实验室对以乳杆菌发酵液为主要成分的乳杆菌生态消毒剂进行杀灭微生物效果观察。方法 :采用定量杀菌法试验、稳定性试验、皮肤刺激性试验和阴道黏膜刺激性试验方法进行。结果 :以该剂原液对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌作用 10min ,杀灭率均达 91 6 7%以上 ;对德氏乳杆菌和干酪乳杆菌作用 10min ,杀灭率分别是 2 5 15 %和 5 5 77%。本消毒剂于 5 4℃条件下放置 14d ,杀菌效果无明显变化 ,对皮肤无刺激性 ,对阴道为轻度刺激性。结论 :伊清爽乳杆菌阴道生态消毒剂具有杀灭和抑制有害菌 ,扶植乳酸菌的作用 ,是新一代保健型阴道卫生用品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The germicidal of efficacy a ecologic disinfectant prepared mainly composed of ferments of lactobacillus was observed in laboratoty.Methods:The methods of quantitative germicidal test,stability test ,skin and vagina irritating test was used.Results:The results showed the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus ,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans exposed to its stock solution for 10 min respectively were higher than 91.67%.The killing rates of Lactobacillus debrueckii and Lactobacillus casei exposed to its stock solution for 10 min respectively were 25.15% and 55.77%.Its germicidal efficacy did not change obviously after storing at 54 ℃ for 14 days.It is non-irritating to skin and litter-irritating to vagina.Conclusion:Yi-Qingsuang vagina Lactobacillus ecologic disinfectant is new healty vaginal sanitary production and has certain germicidal or inhibitory effect.At the same time,it has promote effect for Lactobacillus.更多还原
