【摘要】 目的　探讨胰腺癌术后介入化疗的作用。方法　对 1999～ 2 0 0 3年行根治性手术 4 8例和姑息性手术82例胰腺癌病人在术后进行介入化疗 ,观察介入化疗后病人生存率、肿瘤大小的改变、疼痛缓解率和血清肿瘤标志物的变化。结果　胰腺癌介入化疗后血清肿瘤标志物水平显著降低 ,病人疼痛明显缓解 ,肿瘤缓解率为4 1 5 %。根治性切除组 1年、2年、3年生存率为 74 1%、32 3%和 9 8% ;姑息性手术组 1年、2年、3年生存率为5 3 0 %、7 2 %和 1 4 %。结论　术后介入化疗能抑制胰腺癌肿瘤细胞生长 ,有助于延长生存期和改善疾病相关症状 ,是胰腺癌手术后有效的辅助治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of postoperative intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy (IAC) on patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods From 1999 to 2003,48 patients with radical excision and 82 patients with palliative operation were treated with postoperative IAC, and the changes of tumor size, levels of serum tumor markers, survival rates and disease-related symptoms were followed up.Results After IAC, the disease-related symptom was improved obviously and the levels of serum tumor markers were significantly decreased and the overall response rate was 41.5%. The 1-year , 2-year and 3-year survival rates were 74.1%, 32.3% and 9.8%, respectively in radical resection group, whereas 53.0%, 7.2% and 1.4% in palliative operation group. Conclusion Adjuvant IAC has advantages of inhibiting tumor growth, improving survival rate and the disease-related symptoms. It can be an effective adjuvant therapy for patients with pancreatic cancer.更多还原
