【摘要】 目的　探讨直肠癌淋巴结转移的规律 ,为临床诊断及治疗提供参考。方法　对 1986～ 2 0 0 2年手术治疗的 918例直肠癌的资料进行分类整理 ,分析其与淋巴结转移的关系。结果　肿瘤所在部位与淋巴结转移无明显关系 (P >0 0 5)。Logistic多因素回归分析得出相关因素与淋巴结转移的密切程度依次为 :分化程度 >浸润深度 >侵犯肠管周径 >大体类型 ,分化程度是影响淋巴结转移的最主要因素。结论　直肠癌淋巴结转移与病人年龄、肿瘤大小、侵犯肠管周径、浸润深度、分化程度、大体类型、生长方式相关 ,其中肿瘤的分化程度是影响淋巴结转移的最主要因素更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the nature of lymphatic metastasis of rectal carci noma and help clinical diagnosis and treatment. Method s The data of 918 case s receiving operation between 1986 and 2002 were analyzed for the relat ionship with lymphatic metastasis.ResultsTumor si te was not appar ently related to the lymphatic metastasis (P>0 05). The degree of relevance was as follows by Logistic regression analysis: the differ e ntiating degree of the tumor> the affected depth> the diameter of affected bowel > the massive type of the tumor.The major factor was t he d ifferentiating degree. ConclusionThe lymphatic metastasis of rectal carcinoma is related to age, tumor size, the diameter of affected bowel, the affecte d depth, the differentiating degree of the tumor, the massive type of the tu mor and the growing pattern of the tumor.
