【摘要】 采用文献资料调研、专家访谈、现场观察与数据统计等方法,对全国少年蹦床比赛的基本情况进行分析。结果表明,少年蹦床运动员整体水平有提高,难度发展呈逐年上升趋势,但参赛人数不多,动作质量与成功率仍需进一步提高。为了使我国蹦床运动可持续发展,要加大投入力度,加强教练员队伍建设,提高教练员的综合素质能力,逐步建立和完善我国蹦床后备人才培养的网络系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the method of documentary, expert interview, observation at site, mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the basic condition, The result shows that the athletic level and difficulty development of our junior trampolonist has been improved, but no more competitor and movement quality and success rate still need to be improved. In order to make sustainable development of our trampoline, we should increase the investment, enhance coaches construction, improve the comprehensive ability of coaches, establish and prefect the cultivating system for young talented trampolinist.更多还原
